Senate Bill 992 (Wiggins)

Substance abuse: adult recovery
maintenance facilities.



SUMMARY

Requires the Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs (DADP)
to license Adult Recovery Maintenance Facilities (ARMFs)
and applies existing alcohol and drug abuse recovery or
treatment facilities licensure requirements to ARMFs.
Establishes a variety of administrative procedures related
to certification by DADP.
